#1 Probably one of the most eclectic and unusual sales we’ve ever conducted. The family history reads
like a novel. This estate has been re-located to Dallas from the College Station area. Imagine the estate of a New York socialite combined with a Texas rancher/wildcatter. This family includes a Yale football team captain,a ship builder in New York, a thoroghbred  race horse breeder, a U.S. Navy WWII bomber pilot, and more! Many of the antiques are from Spain, Portugal and France, as well as their Long Island New York estate. Please take a look at the photos, although they do not include everything.
#2 The contents of the 15,000 square foot studio of a well known local commercial photographer (Manny Rodriguez and his wife Vanessa) will also be liquidated at the same location. They have relocated to their fabulous and newly constructed studio in Oak Cliff (with a stellar view of downtown Dallas, we might add!)
So this sale is a massive liquidation of over 15 years of accumulation of items used in a commercial photography studio. There really is something for everyone! Massive amounts of kitchen/barware, architectural pieces, doors, windows, flooring, tile, furniture (some modern) office and computer equipment, electronics, pool table, fabrics, pillows, linens, bedding and books and MORE! All for sale at liquidation prices.
